Delete your RemTab account

You can request deletion of your RemTab account and all the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:

From the app (fastest)

Open RemTab → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This deletes your account immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email info@twonorthstudios.com from the email address associated with your RemTab account, with the subject line “Delete my RemTab account”. We’ll confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and sign-in information
• your medications, dosage and schedule information
• your dose history
• any caregiver connections you’ve made or received

This cannot be undone.

What isn’t affected

Medication photos and refill-tracking details are stored only on your own device, never on our servers — deleting your account has no effect on them, since we never had them to begin with. Uninstalling the app removes them from your device.

If you’re a caregiver, deleting your account also ends any active connections to the patients you were watching — their own reminders, photos and history are completely unaffected; only your view of their information is removed.
